Terms & Conditions
Services. Raventree Services provides tree care, garden maintenance, and landscaping services to residential and commercial properties in Cheshire. Our services include tree pruning, tree removal, hedge trimming, lawn mowing, planting, weeding, green waste removal, and general garden tidy ups.
Quotes and Estimates. Quotes provided are valid for 30 days. Written quotes will be provided for all jobs based on the expected materials and labor required. Estimates are approximate and the final cost may vary depending on the actual time and materials used.
Scheduling. A deposit of 25% is required to reserve a spot in our schedule for major jobs over £1000. Jobs are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We will provide you with an estimated start date and timeframe for completion.
Access. The customer is responsible for ensuring our staff has clear access to all areas requiring service on the scheduled date(s). If we cannot access the full job site, additional fees may apply.
Customer Responsibilities. The customer must clearly mark any sprinkler heads, cable/utility lines, or other underground services. The customer is responsible for coordinating approvals and notifying neighbors that may be affected by our work. The customer is liable for any damage to unmarked services.
Plant Disease and Pests. We are not responsible for treating plant diseases or pests unless specifically included in the quoted services. Customers are responsible for advising us of any known issues. Additional treatments may be available for a separate fee.
Debris and Waste Removal. All garden waste and debris produced by our services will be removed and properly disposed of. We recycle or compost green waste when possible. Any waste removal costs are included in your quote.
Cancellations. Any cancellations or postponements must be communicated within 24 hours of the scheduled date.
Payment. Payment is due in full immediately upon completion of each job, unless other arrangements are made in advance. We accept cash and bank transfers.
Complaints. Notify us of any issues or complaints within 7 days of service completion. We will work to remedy any reasonable issues reported in a timely manner.
Liability. We carry public liability insurance. However, we cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen or unavoidable damage to surfaces, utilities, or existing landscaping. Care will be taken to minimize impact while on the job site.
